Once we’ve decided we’re a match made in copy heaven, I’ll have you fill out an in-depth onboarding questionnaire that gives me all the ‘copy gem’s needed to write #certifiedlevelcopy
From the questionnaire, I’ll start researching and gathering questions for our kick-off call! By having two forms of communication before starting your project, I’ve found this is a fool-proof way to get EVERYTHING I need from you so you can sit back, relax, and wait for the notification in your inbox that your copy is ready.

This is the part where you binge your favorite show, while I lock myself in my dark office (also lovingly known as, the copy cave.) I'll dive deep into our kick-off call, perform my own personal research about your audience and competitors, and watch the words start bringing themselves to life!
I’ll touch base with any questions that come up, and send you sneak peeks along the way.

After the project is completed, I'll deliver your shiny new copy packaged in a state-of-the-art Google doc. (I like to keep it simple around here, lol!)

Lots and LOTS of practice! But seriously, great copy is only great copy if it’s created around your ideal audience’s desires. To really get underneath this, I make sure that I really understand *you* before kicking off a project. In my copy process, we go crazyyy in-depth on your business, your ideal audience, their struggles, desires, and how we can tie ALL of that into desire-based brand messaging.
In the words of Meredith Grey, your copy should make your ideal clients go, “Pick me, Choose me, Love me.”

So my answer may contradict other ‘self-proclaimed expert marketers’ but your copy is only one piece of the marketing process. And while copy is the only piece that can show your audience what you’re all about before investing in you, it’s only one piece. I always recommend updating your website copy FIRST before we tackle your other copy needs. The reason is that updating your website copy is the BEST way to develop your brand voice. Once that is done, we can infuse that brand messaging into any other types of copy, how neat right??

Heck yes! To help my fellow #businessbaddies I offer *interest free* payment plans. As a fellow business owner, I 100% appreciate being able to space out larger payments, which is why I do the same for my clients. After the initial deposit with a signed contract, I offer payment plans between 2-4 payments between signing & the end of the project.

I recommend applying for a project 1-3 months in advance. I prefer to only book one project at a time, because 100% focus on your individual business is extremely important for me. So if you’re in a #copycrisis and need it done like, yesterday, I highly recommend booking asap.
